Refund Policy

1. Overview

At CRM Stack (crmstack.co), we stand behind our product. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription. We aim to be fair, transparent, and responsive — if something isn't working for you, we want to know.

This policy applies to all paid plans purchased directly through CRM Stack. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Business plan features — no credit card required to start.

  • Your trial begins the moment you register.
  • You will not be charged during your trial period.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed at all.
  • We encourage you to fully explore the platform during your trial before subscribing.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied with CRM Stack within 30 days of your first charge, contact us and we will issue a full refund.

After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • A technical issue caused by our platform prevented you from using the service and was not resolved within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong plan billed).
  • You cancelled your subscription but were still charged after the cancellation date.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless one of the above conditions applies.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following in your email:

  • The email address associated with your CRM Stack account
  • The date of the charge and the amount
  • A brief reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve all refund requests quickly.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider.
  • The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals requested more than 30 days after the renewal date (except for billing errors).
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service and were suspended as a result.
  • Partial months of service — subscriptions are billed per billing cycle, not per day used.
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases (if applicable in the future).

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster through our support team than through a formal dispute process.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account pending resolution.

For unresolved disputes, Paddle (our Merchant of Record) handles all payment disputes in accordance with their policies.
